Contact us

Accounts, content, privacy, security, partnerships or product feedback — one address covers all of them. Give us enough context, but never send passwords, verification codes or complete secret keys.

What we can help with

  • Accounts and sign-in: cannot sign in, email verification, third-party account linking, account anomalies.
  • Content and moderation: extra information on a report, appealing a decision, copyright or trademark issues.
  • Privacy and data: accessing, correcting, copying, deleting or restricting the processing of personal information.
  • Security: suspected vulnerabilities, account takeover, data leaks or malicious abuse.
  • Partnerships and suggestions: collaboration, product feedback, feature ideas and other non-urgent matters.

What to include

  • A short, specific subject line, such as “Sign-in problem” or “Privacy request”.
  • Links to the account, post or page involved, and roughly when the problem happened.
  • Steps that reproduce the problem, the error message, and what you already tried.
  • The outcome you are looking for. For account or privacy requests, we may need to verify that the account is yours.

Protect sensitive information

Never send passwords, SMS or email verification codes, complete API keys, cookies, card details or unnecessary identity documents. When reporting a security issue, start with the impact and a summary of how to reproduce it, and avoid publishing directly exploitable details.

How we handle requests

We work through requests based on urgency and the information we need to verify. Sending the same email again does not speed things up. Where a third-party platform, an external cache or legally mandated retention is involved, the timeline may depend on their process and on the law.
